Gambling at Seven Reels should be entertainment - never a way to make money, never a way to recover losses, and never something you spend more on than you can comfortably lose. We take that commitment seriously, which is why every Canadian account is given full self-control tools the moment it is opened.

Self-Control Tools

Deposit Limit - cap how much you can add to your balance per day, per week or per month. Decreases take effect instantly; increases require 24-hour cooling off.
Loss Limit - cap how much you can lose in a given period. Reaches zero, play stops automatically.
Wager Limit - cap the total amount you can stake in a given period regardless of wins or losses.
Session Limit - cap how long a single login session can run before you are automatically signed out.
Reality Check - every 30 minutes of continuous play, a pop-up shows time elapsed and net win/loss. Configurable to 15/30/60/120 minutes.
Cool-Off - lock yourself out for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. No way to reverse early.
Self-Exclusion - permanently close your account, or lock for 6 months / 1 year / 5 years. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

Underage Gambling

Seven Reels is strictly for adults of legal gambling age in their province: 19+ in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. We use third-party age-verification at registration and immediately close any account found to belong to a minor, returning all deposits.

Responsible Gambling FAQ

Can I cancel a self-exclusion early?

No - self-exclusions are deliberately one-way and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. This is a regulatory rule, not a Seven Reels policy. The full block protects players from impulsive reversal in a losing moment.

Will Seven Reels send me marketing emails after I self-exclude?

No - self-exclusion automatically removes you from all marketing communications (email, SMS, push) for the full exclusion period plus 30 days after.

Can I set limits without playing?

Yes - all limits are available from My Account > Responsible Gambling the moment you register, before your first deposit. We recommend setting them right after signup.

What happens to my balance when I self-exclude?

Any real-money balance is paid out to your preferred withdrawal method before the self-exclusion takes effect. Bonus balance and Free Spins are forfeited.
