Tier evaluation runs every 24 hours. The fastest active players reach Gold inside the first week and Platinum inside the first month. Tier status, once earned, holds for 90 days regardless of activity - drop below the threshold and you keep your current tier through the rest of the period.

Does my VIP tier reset if I stop playing?

Tier status is evaluated on rolling 90-day wager. If you stay inactive for a full 90 days, your tier drops one level. Inactivity alone never resets you to Bronze in a single step - you always step down gradually.

Do live casino bets count toward VIP progression?

Yes - every real-money wager counts equally toward Comp Points, including slots, live casino, game shows and table games. There is no weighting penalty for low-volatility games.

Are VIP cashbacks paid in CAD?
