1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between you and Goodfly N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao (registration 163359, registered office Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curacao), operator of the website sevenreels.com under Curacao gaming licence OGL/2024/719/0211. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be of legal gambling age in your province of residence: 19 years or older in most of Canada, 18 years or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not for any third party.
• You must not be employed by Goodfly N.V. or any of its affiliates, suppliers or testing partners, or be related to such an employee.
• You must not be located in a country where online gambling is prohibited.
• You confirm that the funds you deposit are your own and have not been obtained from illegal activity.

3. Account Registration

You may hold one Seven Reels account at a time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus balances voided. Registration requires a valid email address, a strong password, your full legal name, date of birth, address, postal code and phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and must update it within 14 days of any change.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Seven Reels is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity of every account holder before processing the first withdrawal. We may request: government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, provincial ID card), proof of address less than 90 days old (utility bill, bank statement, government letter), a selfie holding the ID, and source-of-funds documentation for deposits or cumulative wagers above 2,000 CAD. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days will result in the account being suspended.

5. Deposits

Minimum deposit is 20 CAD on Interac, Visa, Mastercard and e-wallets; 30 CAD on cryptocurrency. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bank Transfer. Deposits are credited instantly except for Bank Transfer, which takes 1-3 business days. Seven Reels charges no deposit fees on any method; your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees outside our control.

6. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is 50 CAD on most methods, 75 CAD on crypto, 100 CAD on Bank Transfer. Withdrawals are processed once KYC is verified, typically inside 24 hours of request and often much faster (Interac and e-wallets settle inside 4 hours). Seven Reels reserves the right to require additional verification on withdrawals above 5,000 CAD or where transaction patterns trigger our anti-fraud system. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit where possible.

7. Bonuses

Bonus offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the point of claim and may include wagering requirements, maximum bet sizes, eligible games, time limits and maximum payout caps. The standard welcome pack carries 40x wagering on bonus amount plus Free Spins winnings, a 5 CAD maximum bet while the bonus is live, and 7-day expiry. Maximum payout from the match bonus is 5,000 CAD; maximum payout from Free Spins winnings is 400 CAD. Seven Reels reserves the right to refuse bonus offers to accounts that demonstrate bonus-abuse patterns (low-risk bet structures designed to lock in bonus funds, multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, etc.).

8. Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive after 12 consecutive months without a real-money deposit, withdrawal or wager. Inactive accounts are charged a monthly maintenance fee of 5 CAD against any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by a deposit or wager.

9. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Seven Reels does not knowingly accept registrations from residents of: the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, Malta, Sweden, Denmark, or any country subject to OFAC, EU or UN sanctions. The full list is in our KYC policy.

10. Liability

Seven Reels is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party services. Maximum liability for any single dispute is capped at the player's net deposits over the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

Seven Reels may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and by an in-account alert at next login. Continued use of the account after the notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes may first be raised with Seven Reels support; if not resolved within 30 days, players may escalate to the Curacao Gaming Control Board or to independent dispute services (Casino Guru, ThePOGG).
